Beyond his technical skills, Jameson is a true team player-always eager to learn, grow, and support those around him. Whether it's offering a helping hand, sharing a laugh, or simply brightening the day with his kindness, he makes McGovern Subaru a better place for both colleagues and customers.

We are pleased to recognize Cheryl Pierro, as our Employee of the quarter for October-December 2024. Cheryl is a vital part of our team. She started her journey with Ocean Subaru in 2009 and has continued being a fantastic team player even once McGovern Auto purchased Ocean. Over the years, she has become an indispensable member of our dealership. Her positive attitude and willingness to help are always on display. Many of Cheryl's sales come from repeat customers, a testament to the exceptional service that she provides. Cheryl's extensive knowledge about our products ensures customers get the best car and deal tailored to their needs. Cheryl, we are incredibly grateful for your dedication to McGovern Subaru and the brand. We are happy to announce that our employee of the month for the month of August is Mr. Tommy Wharf. Tommy is a longtime employee with over 30 years of dedication to the Subaru Brand. He has been with this same company through three separate buyouts. Starting with AMD, Ocean Subaru, and now McGovern Subaru. His peers state that he is the most disciplined pillar of professional consistency in this industry that they have ever had the privilege of working with. Tommy is loved by all who know him in our dealership. He is perpetually enthusiastic, ready for whatever the day may bring, and is one of the hardest workers in our shop. With more experience as a Subaru technician than some have been alive, all Tommy needs is his afternoon muffin and a quick AC nap to keep him going the whole day. Tommy is one of the absolute sweetest people in the whole world. He is always there to lend a hand or a tool, showing dedication and a can-do attitude every day. We honestly don't know where this place would be or what we would do without him. Our technicians state that it will be a sad day when Tommy retires. They all got together and voted for him stating he should be the employee of the month not only because of the amazing guy that he is, but also so that they can ensure that Tommy has been a part of everything the dealership has to offer. Thank you so much Tommy for your hard work and dedication to your peers, your customers, to Subaru, and to McGovern. We appreciate you, sir, more than you will ever know!

Congratulations to Alex Therrien! Alex has been honored by his colleagues as the Employee Of The Month for the month of June. With over 11 years as a car salesperson and a career with McGovern Subaru that began more than 4 years ago, Alex has proven to be a reliable and trusted individual. He is recognized for his dependability, loyalty, intelligence, and agility. His colleagues appreciate that he is always ready to lend a hand or answer questions. Alex is committed to selling as many cars as possible while ensuring the best deals for his customers. He is a cherished member of the McGovern team, and we consider ourselves fortunate to have him with us.

The McGovern Subaru Employee Of The Month for the quarter of January through March is Alouny Phayamouk, who we lovingly know as AP. AP has been a devoted employee with McGovern Auto for almost 6 years. He works in our Business Development Center to help our customers receive the information they need to find the vehicle that is going to be perfect for them. AP is one of the sweetest, most genuine people anyone could ever meet. His peers say that he is thoughtful, caring, and beyond kind. He genuinely loves his job, friends, family, and people as a whole. We are so lucky to have AP with us at McGovern Auto. We look forward to seeing how he grows with us for years to come. 

This month's chosen Employee Of The Month is TJ Bill. TJ is a service advisor and has been with us for just around two years. In that time, he has become a valued employee with McGovern Subaru. He works so hard to make this company the best that it can be. He consistently ranks within the top 10 of the company at what he does and at times has even ranked number one. We are so proud of the strides he takes every day to be the best that he can be.

TJ was chosen by his peers to be the Employee Of The Month because of his love and care for not only them and our company, but also our customer. TJ's peers say that he can come across as cheeky, but underneath, he is a fun, loving, caring, and gentle soul who always goes out of his way to help anyone when they need him. He is always the first to volunteer when the need arises. Not only is TJ willing to volunteer his time, but he is also always willing to offer a kind smile or joke to help someone feel better. In addition to that, he is always cooking and bringing in smoked meats for his teammates to share. We all know that food is definitely the way to our hearts!

The chosen employee of the month for McGovern Subaru of Newington for September, is William Bailey. Mr. Bailey had an overwhelming amount of email and verbal submissions due to his love of McGovern Subaru as a whole, as well as its employees. Mr. Bailey is a wonderful manager who is beloved by everyone who works with him. He is always there to offer a listening ear or a helping hand. Not only does Mr. Bailey work hard at running his own department, he also does his best to help out wherever he is needed. His mindset is not about the ME, it is about the WE. He wants to see McGovern Subaru as well as McGovern Automotive, and its employees Thrive in every sense of the word. Thank you William Bailey for everything that you do. We truly appreciate you.
