  Hello, my name is Craig Richards. I began my career in the automotive industry in 2003, working in both Parts and Service departments. I take great pride in delivering exceptional customer service and meeting customer needs. Outside of my role at McGovern Subaru, I enjoy spending time with my wife, three children, and dog, working on my project car, or engaging in sim racing. My project car is a 2002 Subaru WRX that has been stripped down and enhanced with an engine capable of nearly 300 HP to the wheels, along with upgraded suspension and brakes. It's incredibly fun to drive, and I'm looking forward to taking it to the track soon.

  Hello, I'm Jake Bailey. Since 2021, I've been with McGovern Subaru, dedicated to the parts department. My role involves ensuring that both our technicians and customers receive the precise parts they need. I've diligently learned all aspects of my department to guarantee its smooth operation and efficient customer service. Beyond working at Subaru, I own a 2006 Subaru Outback, a dependable vehicle equipped with a rooftop tent and canopy, ideal for the off-road escapades offered by New England's countryside. Additionally, I'm an enthusiast of Formula 1 and WRC, and I relish racing in F1 simulations at home.
