  Hello, my name is Jay Dittbenner. I've been with McGovern Subaru for seven years, and although my time with Subaru has been brief, my experience in the auto industry is extensive. As a child, I spent every weekend at a dealership, washing cars before I could even drive. I officially joined the payroll in 1986 as a shop custodian and car detailer. After a hiatus, I returned to the industry in September '95 at a CJD store for nearly 17 years. I then transitioned to a Chevy/GMC/Hummer/Kia VW dealership for over a decade, taking on roles from used car advisor to manager. Following a nine-month stint at Harley Davidson, I found my way to McGovern Subaru. I've been here long enough to earn three weeks of vacation and hope to conclude my career with this excellent company. I started as a service advisor. Aside from the necessities, what motivates me to come to work every day is the great life, people, customers, and the brand I represent. I love spending my free time in various ways but I want to do it all with my beautiful wife of 25 years. My joy comes from my family, especially my daughter, who is a teen actress in local drama club productions. Our pet, Jax, keeps us active.

  Hello, my name is Anthony Polito. I have been with McGovern Subaru for one year as a service writer. It is both an honor and a joy to come to work every day to assist our customers. Helping them understand what is wrong with their cars and doing everything in my power to relieve any fears or pressures they may have about car issues is what makes my job so fulfilling. My goal is to work diligently and learn as much as possible so that I can eventually ascend to a management position and contribute to making this business even more successful than it already is.

  Hello, my name is TJ Bill. I have been with McGovern Subaru for 3 years, but my experience with Subaru extends over 30 years. I began as a mechanic before transitioning to a service writer. The highlight of my job is interacting with our incredible customers daily. I strive to ensure that each customer receives exceptional care. It's important to me that when they leave our dealership, they feel confident they've dealt with a company that genuinely understands and values their automotive needs.
